The Role

Win and defend specifications with engineers, asset owners and authorities

Grow revenue across civil, water and broader infrastructure projects

Build and develop key contractor accounts across metro and regional VIC

Deliver CPDs and technical workshops that drive product adoption

Guide tenders, value management and project delivery to install

Map the market, maintain a clean pipeline and forecast accurately

Partner with in-house engineers to tailor solutions for each job

The Person

Senior hunter with 5+ years in technical sales

Proven record winning specs and holding them to order

Strong relationships with engineers, contractors and consultants

Background in protective coatings, waterproofing, grouts, linings or aligned chemicals

Technically credible and confident on site

Organised, self-led and Melbourne based
