The Role

Reporting to the two Directors, you will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening client partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying emerging industry trends and presenting recommendations to prospective clients.
  • Representing the company at networking events to elevate brand presence.
  • Assisting in the preparation of business cases, proposals, and tenders.
  • Reviewing and advancing the company’s marketing strategy.


About You

We’re seeking a driven and solutions-focused professional with:

  • Demonstrated success in selling facilities management, cleaning, and/or maintenance services.
  • The ability to position yourself as a trusted subject-matter expert with clients.
  • Proven skills in business development, marketing, and bid writing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking to craft effective growth strategies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
