About the Role

Step in as a Team Leader or take the reins as Head of Department. You’ll oversee a boutique portfolio while managing, mentoring, and growing a talented team. With systems and processes already in place, the focus is on culture, client care, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 6–10 staff

Oversee a boutique portfolio of premium inner-city properties

Drive service standards, compliance, and best practices

Build strong landlord and tenant relationships

Utilise leading tech: Property Tree, IRE, and Inspection Express

What You’ll Get

About You

Leadership experience as a Team Leader or Head of Department (essential)

Strong background in end-to-end property management

Proficiency in Property Tree, IRE, and Inspection Express

Organised, proactive, and personable with a passion for people and property

Ideally located within or near Melbourne’s inner suburbs
