Senior Property Manager – Commercial & Retail Assets (Perth)

An excellent full-time opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join a leading, internationally recognised property services firm.

Working within a friendly and dynamic Commercial Property Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience and grow your career within a successful organisation.

The Opportunity

You will be managing a diverse portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets within Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience across retail centres, demonstrates the highest standard of professionalism in both presentation and communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a selection of retail, office and industrial assets
• Identify and convert opportunities into new managements
• Adhere to KPIs as set out in management agreements
• Apply risk management practices across your portfolio
• Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain tight control over asset operating costs
• Prepare and implement budgets, business plans and owners’ reports
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and lease information
• Oversee operations and maintenance of properties
• Monitor property management timeframes and ensure all deadlines are met
• Stay up to date with market pricing and legislation changes

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (current)
• Strong experience across retail centre management
• Skills in MRI (required)
• Financial and administration management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high-volume processes
