Our Alfresco Brasserie is a popular dining destination, known for fresh, quality meals and excellent service, and we are now looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our kitchen team.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Cooks, Chefs and Kitchen Staff to join our Alfresco Brasserie team. If you are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team – we’d love to hear from you.

To successfully fill these roles, applicants will ideally have:

Previous experience in commercial kitchens (Cook/Chef roles)

Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and portion control

Ability to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards (Food Safety Certificate desirable)

Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure during service

Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills

A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach

Full availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays

Key Duties (depending on role):

Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard

Assisting with menu preparation and specials

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas

Stock rotation and monitoring of food storage

Supporting senior chefs and following direction to ensure smooth service

Assisting with dishwashing, cleaning and general kitchen duties (Kitchen Hand roles)
