Key Responsibilities

Prep and cook meals to order during service

Operate grill, fryer, or larder stations confidently

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met

Support the team during high-volume periods

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 yrs experience in a similar bistro or club kitchen

Solid knowledge of food preparation and presentation

Reliability and availability to work schedule

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
