Our Clubhouse has reopened after extensive renovations, and we are looking for casual kitchen staff to support our chefs and contribute to our busy Club operations.

About the Roles

The kitchen caters for all food outlets and includes our course cafe, restaurant as well as functions, events and corporate days for members, guests and Club visitors.

The role of kitchen hand is an important part of the successful operations of our kitchen team by providing support to our chefs. This role will be about 20 hours per week and include weekends and public holidays.

Casual Kitchen Hand:

This role assists the chefs with cleaning of all food service items, equipment and surfaces and involves some basic food preparation for example making of sandwich, and salad prep. Training is provided, however experience in food handling and basic food preparation is preferred.

Essential: Own reliable transport due to location within the Kamay Botany Bay National Park at La Perouse.
