About the role

We are seeking experienced Kitchen assistant, chefs, pizza chef and front staff to join our vibrant Italian restaurant, THE ITALIAN CORNER, located in Wickham, NSW. This is a full-time, Part time or casual opportunity, depending on your availability and preference. You will be an integral part of our passionate kitchen and front-of-house team, responsible for delivering exceptional Italian cuisine and customer service.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a wide range of authentic Italian dishes to our high standards

Ensuring the efficient and timely preparation of pizzas

Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to our diners

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

For front house waitresses- RSA, Barista, Junior waitresses can also apply

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a chef, pizza chef or in a front-of-house role within an Italian restaurant or similar cuisine

Strong knowledge of Italian culinary traditions and techniques

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences

Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team

A positive, friendly and flexible attitude
