You will ensure vehicles and equipment are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and efficiently utilised, while mentoring the team and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 years' experience in scheduling/coordination in the construction, transport or retail industries. Prior experience in a mechanical background (or strong personal interest in this area) would be advantageous.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to pitch in, take initiative, and help keep things moving. If you’re hands-on, action-driven, and happy to step away from the desk when needed, you’ll fit right in.

Demonstrated strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the confidence to deal with a variety of people on a daily basis. You will be required to document in electronic systems daily.

Demonstrated strong logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think on their feet, forward plan and adapt to change in a fast paced environment.
