Key Responsibilities

Manage truck movements, loading/unloading, and delivery schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

Monitor stock transfers, scrap movements, and conduct daily inventory checks.

Optimise space, uphold housekeeping standards, and ensure proper stock layout and equipment upkeep.

Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to support efficient and safe operations.

Assist with training new team members and provide professional service to customers.

Who You Are

Minimum 2 years in a similar yard or logistics coordination role

Certificate III in Logistics or related field is a plus

Current valid driver's license and forklift ticket

Strong scheduling and interpersonal skills

Customer service and communication abilities

Awareness of safety and operational standards
