We partner with employers, employees, dealers, and finance providers to deliver smarter, tax-effective vehicle solutions. As our business expands, we are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth, efficient management of our existing fleet vehicle operations.

The Role

This is a full-time position where you will oversee the day-to-day management of our national vehicle fleet. The role suits someone assertive, decisive and highly organised, with a strong understanding of automotive operations and supplier management. Flexibility is required at times, including availability outside regular business hours and on-call support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of CarBon’s established leasing portfolio, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement fleet policies and processes to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

Maintain accurate fleet records, including service histories, maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance and compliance documentation.

Build and maintain a catalogue of commercial fleet products and services across the supply chain to meet operational needs.

Manage outsourced fleet providers to agreed standards of service and customer care, aligned with contract obligations.

Identify and implement cost savings by optimising utilisation, redeploying assets and contract efficiency.

Issue and manage new contracts for the redeployment of vehicles, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.

Oversee logistics, including registrations, insurance claims and repairs and ancillary services.

Manage customer accounts, including payment processing, and follow up on overdue payments in line with contract terms.

Handle fleet enquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.

Prepare regular reports on utilisation, supplier performance, budget adherence cost savings, and overall fleet efficiency.

About You

Proven experience in fleet management, automotive or leasing.

Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.

High attention to detail with excellent organisational and IT skills.

Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.

Current Australian driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.

Attractive salary package in the range of $85,000 – $95,000 per annum, based on skills and experience.”
