We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our Patient and Community Transport Services team on Permanent fulltime position based in Belmont.
This role is all about supporting our customers, helping with bookings, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy working with people, have strong admin skills, and like being part of a supportive team, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll do:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and helping with customer enquiries
- Assisting with bookings and scheduling for patient transport (e.g. medical clinic appointments)
- Preparing simple quotes for customers
- Keeping our customer records and databases up to date
- Providing admin support to the team (reports, documents, follow-ups)
- Working closely with colleagues to make sure customer needs are met.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, client services, or sales administration
- Experience in healthcare, transport, or service-based industries (desirable)
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
