Role Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a HSE Administrator who will provide administrative and operational support to HSE functions, ensuring system upkeep, compliance assistance, and the promotion of a strong safety and environmental culture. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mind-set and is available for a 69-month contract, starting mid-January.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Cert IV in Business Administration or similar.
• Relevant years in HSE Admin support.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and general systems.
• HSE systems experience, knowledge of HSE legislation, and industry experience
• Experience in training management.
• Possess a background in the energy, mining, or construction industries.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage HSE documentation, registers, databases, and reporting systems.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of inductions, audits, inspections, and HSE meetings.
• Provide administrative support for incident investigations, corrective actions, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare and support HSE reports, presentations, KPIs, and communications.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors on HSE-related matters, including site access, PPE, and medical bookings.
• Contribute to the promotion of a strong safety and environmental culture across the business.
