The HSA department operates a 24/7 service. As a guide of what to expect, shift times are:
- AM shifts vary in start times and shifts commence from 0600 to 1030 hours with the latest shift finish time of 1830 hours.

HSA Holiday Relievers are rostered to cover all shifts as required.
