At Katana Ink’ Services we are a NDIS registered provider with the systems, and support frameworks in place – no need to worry leave this to us. Whether you're an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist, we make it simple for you to step in and start delivering real outcomes for participants.
We're actively seeking experienced Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join our dedicated team. These roles focus on the NDIS and Disability sector, including fee for services, with the opportunity to work with both children and adults.
THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist you will work to ensure supports and services are effective to increase people’s capacity and skills to assist people to live more independently within their communities.
To qualify for these exciting positions, candidates should possess the following qualifications and documentation:
Essential, the successful candidate will have:
Postgraduate minimum 1 year experience - Tertiary qualifications as an Occupational, Physiotherapist and Current certified practicing membership with AHPRA Registration or Speech Pathologist eligible for a SPA Membership combined with relevant experience
Strong customer service focus with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with people and/ or their families and support network and service providers
Sound time management skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to make complex judgements, prioritise tasks and take initiative
Possess the right to work in Australia
Demonstrated understanding of a strength-based practice and a person-centred approach in your work
Strong written communication skills with the ability to write high quality reports
Approved and current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children’s Check
Desirable:
Previous experience in providing NDIS Therapeutic supports and services is highly regarded
Australian Business Number (ABN)
Certificate of currency for both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and or willingness to obtain
