Western Work Force are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a well-established engineering business located in Burswood, WA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day contract administration and assisting project teams with commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing contract documents, variations and claims.
• Assessing subcontractor submissions and processing payments.
• Coordinating and submitting claims to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Attending project meetings and assisting with issue resolution.
• Monitoring contract performance and supporting project delivery.
• Providing general commercial support to the wider project team.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally gained in construction, engineering, or resources projects.
• Relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with standard contract forms such as AS4000 and a sound understanding of contract law.
• Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and work independently.
• A commitment to safe work practices and company compliance requirements.

What We Offer:

• Part-time hours – approx. 3 days per week.
• Base salary of $140 - $150,000 (pro-rata).
