About the Role

This is a part-time role, 4 hours per day, 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday. It may have the opportunity to increase hours in the future if that aligns with what you're looking for and what the business needs at the time.

You role is the connective tissue that allows everything else to work smoothly. You understand the critical importance of this and you're great at it, which is why you're awesome.

You'll own all aspects of office management and administration and be a key player in the success of the agency. You'll be working closely with the whole team, helping them be awesome in their roles too.

Day to day tasks like general administration, office management, reporting, onboarding / offboarding clients, building and improving company procedures, running errands, mail collection, scheduling internal staff meetings, booking social events, phone system and internet supply management, .The role is fast paced and dynamic and definitely doesn't suit someone looking for the ‘same ol same old’ day in day out.

For the right candidate, this role holds awesome opportunities within account management and operations if thats what your heart desires, if not thats ok too.

Salary will be based on experience and is between $30,000 and $35,000 p/a part-time (20 hours per week) plus superannuation.

The role is currently fulltime WFH but may revert back to a Hybrid framework of 3 Days in office and 2 days WFH in the future.

About You

You're got an energy and spark about you, some people tell you you're a hustler (the good kind of hustler!)

You've got big goals for yourself and your career, and likely want to own your own business someday

You've got a great attention to detail

You love lists

You possess ‘god tier’ organization and time management skills

You pride yourself on your level of integrity and confidentiality

You have 2+ years of experience in an administration role

You know your way around the Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

You're highly organised, and a forward thinker, always looking out for potential opportunities for growth not just within your role but within the agency itself

You have the ability to work independently

You know how to ask for help

Lastly but most importantly, is attitude. We are looking for a vibrant, dynamic go-getter who is self-driven and absolutely motivated by success.

You don't have to have worked in an agency before, we'll teach you everything you need to know!
