This Australian mining services company is looking to secure a motivated and personable lawyer to join their in-house legal team.

You will be working closely with a collaborative and down-to-earth team of lawyers. Full support and training is provided and work with a team that encourages progression and career development.

This major Australian brand provides services and support across the mining and construction industries. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, equipment & personnel hire, services & supply, and JV agreements.

Providing advice on a wide range of issues including employment, general commercial law and dispute resolution and litigation on occasion.

Ensuring compliance and providing advice on legislative and regulatory requirements.

This role will suit lawyers with 2-5 years’ PAE, ideally with strong commercial and contract experience or lawyers with a construction, corporate or a litigation (with exposure to front-end matters) background who are working with top/mid-tier firms, or within leading boutique firms.
