About the role:

Ability to develop strategic marketing and communication campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with internal teams, external agencies and creative partners, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Produce compelling written and video content that is compelling, on-brand and inspires action.
  • Brief and manage designers, photographers and agencies to bring creative campaigns to life.
  • Monitor channel performance, report on ROI and continuously optimise marketing activity.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to align messaging and ensure a consistent customer experience.

What you bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience with proven success delivering campaigns.
  • Experience using creative content tools
  • Ability to be agile, adapt and learn with the job as well as collaborate with a decentralised teams
  • Excellent writing skills — able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • An understanding of, or genuine interest in, the disability or care sector.
