Key responsibilities
This role is for a subject matter expert who will train and support customers on cutting-edge dental technology.

• Provide training and guidance to a diverse range of customers, including resellers and end-users, through in-person and online channels.
• Assist sales teams at events, congresses, and exhibitions throughout Australia and New Zealand.
• Prepare equipment for training courses, including hardware and software configuration.
• Act as a vital team member, conveying market feedback to the R&D department.
• Develop strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

Your skills and experience

• Industry: A background in the dental industry, for example, as a dental technician.
• Product: Previous experience as a product specialist, trainer, or applications specialist within the dental industry.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Enthusiasm: An enthusiastic attitude toward travelling and an appetite for new dental technologies.
• Knowledge: Knowledge and insights into the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians.
• Empathy: A positive demeanour, empathy, and good intercultural skills.

You will stand out if you have

• Systems: A background working with dental CAD/CAM systems.
• Technology: Understanding of the company's hardware and software solutions, including TRIOS.
