We're seeking a Senior Client Success Executive to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and our production team. You will capture and communicate project briefs between our strategy and execution teams, while overseeing the work of creative professionals and other team members.
Candidates of any experience level with the required skills will be considered for this position.
Your key objective will be to guarantee projects align with client expectations, maintain timely delivery, and stay within budgetary limits. You will report directly to your Client Success Manager and support them with client communications and interactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Client Success Managers during weekly work-in-progress meetings and briefings.
Control quality by reviewing team's output in relation to client briefs.
Plan and coordinate the timely delivery of customer retention campaigns.
Contribute to the formulation of Client strategies and take responsibility for projects from inception to final implementation.
Set clear goals and directives for production teams.
Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with teams to create material, organise events, and offer guidance.
Capture Client feedback and coordinate the adjustment of outputs to suit
Nurture client relationships and serve as a point of contact and intermediary.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years experience in account management in agencies
Experience must include working within agencies of any type
Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
Ability to anticipate customers' needs and match them with the appropriate service
Ability to manage and support multiple projects and thrive under pressure
A creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
Exceptional presentation skills
Incredible attention to detail
Proven skills or experience in sales can be helpful
Time-management, organisation and leadership skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
