Arches Bar is seeking an innovative and experienced Venue Manager with the expertise and passion to create first-class experiences, drive growth, and deliver a world-class sequence of service for our guests and patrons.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead the team in delivering efficient, warm, and professional service.

Take full ownership of the guest experience, ensuring flawless service and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the art of barmanship, leveraging well-structured procedures and consistent best practices to maintain the highest standards at all times.

Drive revenue and maximise bottom-line profitability by implementing strategic initiatives, analysing sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities.

Establish processes to protect and maintain control of bar service equipment, accurately record breakages, and conduct regular stocktakes.

Develop and implement monthly or seasonal promotions for the bar to boost sales and engagement, aligned with industry trends.

Support the wider Food & Beverage Management team in achieving departmental targets.

Be available to work late evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

About You

Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in bespoke or high-end venues.

Strong beverage knowledge is highly regarded and considered a must.

Proven ability to drive revenue and deliver strong financial results.

Hands-on, customer-focused leader who leads by example.

Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Full working rights in Australia.

Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
