With 10+ full-time staff and a strong freelancer network, we’re scaling fast — and now we’re on the hunt for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who’s obsessed with organic reach and creative content.

The Role

This is your chance to shape how world-class content gets seen, shared, and remembered.

Lead the organic social strategy for client campaigns across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with our content creators, film team, and clients to deliver scroll-stopping ideas.

Experiment with formats, trends, and storytelling to keep content fresh and engaging.

Track performance, uncover insights, and refine strategy based on what works.

Support with paid ads (around 10–20%) to complement organic campaigns.

About You

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do social” but truly loves organic marketing — someone curious, creative, and ready to make an impact.

The ideal person will be:

A social native who lives and breathes platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube — and yes, Reddit experience is a huge plus.

A creative storyteller who can turn even complex topics into engaging, shareable content.

A community builder who knows how to spark conversations, not just broadcast posts.

An analytical creative who can use data and insights to guide strategy (and isn’t afraid to test bold ideas).

A collaborator who enjoys working across teams and with clients to bring campaigns to life.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in an agency environment or managed accounts across multiple industries.
