We collaborate, we learn, we thrive. We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced property manager or senior property manager to take care of a boutique portfolio of 160- 180 approx. properties.

We are proud of our long-term relationships with our landlords and tenants and would love for the ideal candidate to pick up the torch of service excellence.

Your duties will include:

· Managing all areas of your portfolio

· Delivering exceptional customer service

· Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required

· Negotiating lease renewals

· Attending NCAT as required

· Outgoing inspections

· Issuing breach notices as required; and

· Negotiating and understanding the long-term consequences of daily PM decisions

To succeed in this role you'll have...

· 3 Years Previous property management experience

· A minimum of 12 months property management experience is preferred

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills

· High levels of professionalism

· A real estate license, or certificate of registration

· A valid driver's license
