Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BAS, GST, and CGT calculations for clients

Assist with financial statement preparation for small to medium-sized businesses

Support senior accountants with tax lodgements, payroll, and compliance matters

Conduct bookkeeping, reconciliations, and data analysis for client accounts

Assist with advisory work, providing insights to clients under guidance

Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve workflow

Manage client correspondence and build strong relationships

About You:

Recently graduated with an accounting degree or equivalent

Approximately 1 year of experience within an accounting firm

Knowledge of GST, BAS, and CGT

Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
