About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Accountant with 1-2 years' post-graduation experience in finance or accounting. This role is perfect for someone who's looking to build a solid foundation and carve out a career pathway into leadership. You'll be working closely with the Finance Controller and will have the opportunity to step up as the 2IC over time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end payroll and accounts receivable.
• Preparing and processing payments.
• Assisting with financial reporting, month-end, and audit requirements.
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc projects.
• Developing into higher-level accounting duties as your skills grow.

This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) where you'll be surrounded by a supportive team and given the tools to succeed.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Exposure to payroll, debtors, or accounts processes (highly regarded, but training provided).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
