What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Managing supplier and subcontractor invoices
• Coordinating reconciliations and pay runs
• Following up on outstanding invoices and internal approvals
• Assisting with employee timesheets and reporting
• Providing broader support to operations where needed

You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and wider project team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and be the go-to person that keeps everyone on track.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in an accounts/admin role (construction experience a bonus but not essential)
• Confident with Xero and general systems
• Naturally organised and process-driven
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
