As a Property Buyer's Agent, you will assist clients in securing residential investment properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, providing expert guidance throughout home-buying. Your role will involve conducting property searches, negotiating with selling agents or sellers, and ensuring a smooth transaction for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to understand their requirements.

Research and identify suitable properties that meet client criteria.

Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategies.

Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate the transaction process.

Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.

Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Buyer's Agent.

Valid real estate certificate or license

Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.

Familiarity with real estate software and tools.
