Due to overwhelming growth and demand, we are looking for an Assistant Buyers Agent to join our team.

This role could be perfect for you if;

You have experience and knowledge of the property industry

Skilled in selling through building rapport, asking the right questions, being able to engage anyone immediately, negotiating effectively, and confidently handling objections.

You have a passion for property and property investing, and are looking to grow your own portfolio quickly

You have an eagerness to invest in property and learn/be mentored about how to do it properly

You have high attention to detail

You are an outgoing person not afraid to talk to and engage real estate agents

You are great at building and maintaining relationships

You can commute to a Sydney CBD Office

Not afraid to jump on the phone!

Your role will include;

Liaising and building relationships with Real Estate Agents in target locations

Locate, source, and analyze investment properties within a specific set of requirements

Negotiate on property purchases

Follow through and manage client expectations during the buying process

Assisting senior staff and the Director in daily duties
