The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious Buyers Agent to join our national purchase team. Working alongside the Buyers Agent Lead, Property Operations Manager, and purchase co-ordinators, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and negotiating properties for a wide range of clients — from first-time investors, family home briefs, to expats building multi-property portfolios.

You’ll also work with the team in researching new markets using our proprietary data sources, giving you exposure to strategy as well as day-to-day acquisitions. Key Responsibilities

Source, review, and recommend Milk Chocolate quality assets across national markets

Build strong relationships with selling agents and uncover on- and off-market opportunities

Lead due diligence on client briefs: valuations, inspections, risk analysis, and renovation feasibility

Prepare and present property recommendations with data-backed insights

Negotiate directly with agents and represent clients at auction

Conduct (in Sydney) and coordinate (interstate) property inspections and prepare reports

Act as the main point of contact for clients during their purchase journey, keeping them informed and supported

Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Property Management, Client Success) to deliver seamless outcomes

About You

Certificate IV Real Estate Licence (Class 2 minimum, NSW)

5+ years’ experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Buyer’s Agent

Residential property experience required; commercial desirable

Strong networks with agents and ability to source both on- and off-market deals

Skilled negotiator with proven success in securing property acquisitions

Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills

Experience in renovations/construction highly regarded

Empathetic and resilient — able to guide clients through the highs and lows of buying property

Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Car and driver’s licence
