We’re seeking a motivated and client-focused professional to join our growing Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a multi-award-winning national Buyers’ Agency (established in 2006), dedicated to helping both first-time and experienced buyers take advantage of the best opportunities in the Australian property market.

About the Role

As our Buyers’ Agent in Sydney, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process of locating, assessing, and securing the right property.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships (minimum four touchpoints per week).

Locating opportunities that align with each client’s purchase brief.

Conducting inspections, video walk-throughs, and property assessments.

Coordinating with agents, building & pest inspectors, and conveyancers.

Preparing property recommendations using our templates and resources.

Negotiating purchase prices, including attending auctions when required.

Supporting clients through to contract exchange.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

A licensed real estate professional (Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence required).

From one of the following backgrounds:

Buyers’ Agent (ideal)

Real Estate Manager or Sales Agent

Building & Pest Inspector, or related property profession

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Skilled in property assessment, negotiation, and client relationship management.

Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
