What will you be doing?
As a Senior Buyers Agent, you’ll take full ownership of the client journey — from strategy to acquisition — while mentoring junior team members and strengthening the agency’s market position.
- Client Strategy & Advisory: Conduct deep-dive consultations to design tailored investment strategies.
- Property Sourcing & Research: Identify, analyse, and recommend properties aligned with client goals.
- Negotiation & Acquisition: Lead negotiations with selling agents, attend inspections and auctions, and secure properties on favourable terms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust through clear communication, regular updates, and expert advice.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Buyers Agents, Associates, and Directors to deliver seamless outcomes.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Support and guide Associates, upholding high service standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build networks with agents, managers, and industry professionals.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with legislation.
About You
- Licensed Professional: Current Real Estate Licence (essential).
- Proven Track Record: 3+ years as a Buyers Agent with demonstrated success in acquisitions and negotiations.
- Investment Expertise: Strong knowledge of residential property investment and market dynamics.
- Client-Focused: Skilled at building trust, inspiring confidence, and delivering results.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Leadership Skills: Comfortable mentoring and contributing to team development.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident with CRM systems and property research tools.
