At SET Health, we provide expert, personalised care in diabetes education, lifestyle management, and allied health services. We are now seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and a key support for our busy clinical team.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the face of SET Health, responsible for:

Welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Managing incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings.

Coordinating client records, intake forms, and administrative documentation.

Supporting practitioners with scheduling, billing, and follow-up communications.

Processing payments, Medicare and private health claims.

Maintaining the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional environment.

Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

About You

Tech-savvy – confident using booking systems, email, and Microsoft Office.

Team-focused – you work well with others and are willing to help wherever needed.

Experience & Skills

Previous reception or customer service experience (medical or allied health preferred, but not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Experience with practice management software (e.g., Nookal, Cliniko, Helix or similar) desirable.
