The Opportunity

Involved with all facets of consulting in an energetic and “can-do” environment, you’ll be exposed to building and architectural clients, and take ownership of jobs and your career.

This will be ideally suited to:

1. A Structural Engineer (4-8 years) feeling career constrained, or
2. An Senior Structural Engineer (8-15 years) ready to step up to the next level

Preferred experience:

• Minimum 4 to 15 years consulting experience
• Experience with medium to larger scale projects
• Experience managing medium to large sized projects
• Technically strong designing in all construction forms & materials
• Capability in RAM Concept, RAPT, Microstran, ETABS (or equivalents)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resources to execute work on time, budget & quality
• Manage clients and jobs front start to end
• Undertake designs and coordinate drafting and project documentation
• Manage clients including some business development functions

• Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills
• High level technical ability in structural design
• Ability to design and run projects
• Ability to manage client relationships and develop new ones
