About the role

JTC Consulting Engineers are seeking highly motivated and experienced Structural and Civil Engineers to join their dynamic team in Maroochydore, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering innovative civil and structural engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects across the North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Region.

What you'll be doing

Undertaking structural and civil design of residential, commercial and industrial developments

Conducting site inspections, preparing engineering reports, drawings and documentation

Liaising with clients, authorities and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians

Contributing to the continued growth and success of the engineering team

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Civil and/or Structural Engineering

Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in a similar role

Strong technical skills in structural and civil design, including the use of relevant software

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Demonstrated experience in project delivery and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Registration or eligibility for registration as a RPEQ.

Australian work rights or valid visa with work authorisation

Working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS) and Building Code of Australia

Valid Drivers Licence
