About the role

Feather Dental on Shaw is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our new team in Wavell Heights, Queensland. We are a brand new, boutique, 3 chair practice located conveniently at the Shaw Road Shopping Village in Wavell Heights. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, building the team of your dreams and driving the practice's success.

Our grand opening will be early November therefor start date will be mid to late October.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice

Supervise and support the practice staff, including dental assistants, receptionists and dentists

Identify opportunities and implement policies and procedures with continuous improvement mindset

Manage financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, payroll and reporting

Manage marketing reports

Coordinate complex and interesting patient treatment with specialists and anaesthetists within our team

Liaise with suppliers, vendors and the dental community to maintain strong relationships

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

Rostering for 3 surgeries and reception. Monday - Friday 8 - 5pm

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in a dental practice management role

Strong understanding of dental practice operations and the ability to effectively manage all administrative functions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team

Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant IT systems

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience

Relevant qualifications in practice management would be highly regarded
