Skye Dental is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice. We are a busy 5 chair practice, that is suited to someone who is experienced.

What you'll be doing

Managing front-of-house reception duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries

We have ipads for medical histories which assist in creating less work and yay less scanning!!

Assisting with administrative tasks such as processing payments, setting up payment plans

Providing exceptional customer service to ensure patients have a positive experience as we get a lot of phobic patients

Collaborating with the dental team and dentists to ensure the smooth running of the practice

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role in dental

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team

Experience with EXACT software would be ideal, but if you are a D4W kind of person we wont hold it against you 😂

A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor when interacting with patients

Someone who finds the happiness in every day. We like to work hard but also have a laugh!

We have the practice policies in place, we are accredited, and it makes it easy to fit right in. We aren't one of those practices where the lab work goes missing!
