As the friendly face of our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting our dedicated team of clinicians.

The Role

As our Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive experience.

If you're organised, adaptable, and keen to be part of a team that values great service and good vibes - this could be your perfect fit. While your principal location of work will be at Gladstone, this role may require you to provide occasional coverage at our other Active Physio Health clinic in Biloela.

Key responsibilities:

Warm Welcome: Greet and assist patients with a friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient inquiries via phone and in person.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and organised.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.

About You

Experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office.

A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.​
