The Role

We’re looking for an Accounts Officer (AR & AP) take ownership of Foodbank Australia’s invoicing, collections, and payments processes. You’ll be the key contact for Members and suppliers, keeping Foodbank’s finances flowing so we can keep food moving to where it’s needed most.

What you’ll do:

Manage all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

Partner with our Supply Chain team to keep POs, goods receipts, and payments aligned

Support credit card and expense claim processing

Provide accurate AR/AP reporting and support the Finance Manager with month-end

About You

2–3 years’ experience in AR/AP or accounts administration

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Great communication skills with suppliers, Members and colleagues

Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (Dynamics GP/Business Central desirable)
