Join a Leading Team as a Parts Representative – Tweed Heads (Full Time)

We’re on the lookout for a Parts Representative to join our Tweed Heads branch. This full-time role runs on a 10.5-hour Monday to Friday shift – perfect if you like working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for customers – helping them find the right parts, answering enquiries, and making sure the warehouse runs like clockwork. From forklifts to phone calls, no two days will ever be the same.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping customers with parts enquiries and orders (phone and face-to-face)
• Interpreting part requirements like a pro
• Operating a forklift for loading/unloading (if licensed)
• Stocktaking, packing, and dispatching
• Keeping everything organised in the warehouse
• Providing top-notch after-sales support

What we’re looking for:

• A C Class driver’s licence (a must-have)
• Forklift licence (bonus points if you’ve got one!)
• Experience in parts interpretation or service advisor
• Warehousing/logistics know-how (nice to have)
• Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving edge
• Computer savvy – MS Office & online systems
• A genuine interest in mechanical or industrial gear
