A busy and well-established automotive parts store in Mascot is seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team. This role involves a strong focus on trade customers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

In this full-time position based in Mascot, you will be responsible for interpreting trade customers' needs and matching them with the right parts, delivering an exceptional level of service and technical expertise.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with customers, both in-person and via phone, to understand their parts requirements

Utilising your extensive product knowledge to identify the correct parts and accessories

Providing technical advice and recommendations to customers to help them find the best solutions

Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are readily available

Collaborating with the wider team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Parts Interpreter role.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive parts and systems.

Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
