About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-focused and collaborative Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least 3 years’ experience—or someone returning to the workforce—to take ownership of core financial operations and contribute to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, bank reconciliations, debtors and creditors

• Assist with cash flow management and forecasting

• Work with the General Manager to prepare budget forecasts

• Analyse operational costs and report on budget conformance

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance administration

• Accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

• Open to candidates of all ages and backgrounds
