About the Position
We are currently looking for a Finance Officer to assist our Finance team, based at our Wakerley office. Reporting to and working closely with the Finance Manager, the role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business. With your strong accounting and administrative skills, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts
Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Education, Skills & Experience:

Relevant qualifications in accounting, business or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an accounts administrator or similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Experience using Pronto ERP is highly desirable
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
