What is the vision for this role?

As a Finance Officer, you'll support the Australian finance team with a strong focus on international operations. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll start with core responsibilities in accounts payable and reconciliations, with the role gradually expanding to include broader finance functions. This position offers a clear pathway for professional growth and development as part of a supportive and evolving team.

How will you be contributing?

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently across a Global scale
• Process payment runs and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage payments inbox and resolve queries in a timely manner
• Deliver a high standard of communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Reconciliation of credit cards and bank reconciliations
• Daily receipting of incoming funds and allocation to customer accounts
• Assist with customer billing and invoice generation
• Creation of RCTI's for rebates, incentives and revenue shares.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations for bank accounts and trade creditors
• Challenge the current processes and look for continuous improvement opportunities
• Maintain and document knowledge about the business as well as systems and procedures relating to the accounting and finance processes

What can you bring to this role?

• Minimum two years experience in end to end accounts payable processing, including invoice entry, payment runs and vendor management
• Preferably ERP experience in large and complex ERP's
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skill set across broader finance functions
• A team player, embracing our values and collaborative approach
