🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Managing daily office operations, scheduling, and technician workflow
Handling customer inquiries, bookings, and invoicing
Communicating with suppliers, technicians, and clients
Managing stock levels and placing supply orders
Processing accounts payable/receivable and general admin duties
Keeping internal communication running smoothly across teams
Responding quickly to changes and adapting schedules on the go
✨ What We're Looking For
We need someone who:
Has 5+ years' experience in office administration
Thinks clearly under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Can multitask effectively and manage competing priorities
Shows initiative and problem-solving skills without needing constant direction
Can adapt quickly to schedule changes and dynamic workflows
Has strong customer service and communication skills
Is proficient in Google Workspace and accounting software (MYOB/Xero preferred)
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Google Workspace applications
Has intermediate-level experience in accounting software including reporting capabilities
Experience with ServiceM8 is a big plus
Must hold Australian permanent residency status
