Customer Service Representative & Warehouse All-Rounder.

About the position:

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic all-rounder to support both our Customer Service & Warehouse Operations based at our new Warehouse in Punchbowl NSW.

This position will be Permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday.

What will a Day look like?

This position will have a combination of Customer Service & Admin Duties, as well as Warehouse Duties.

Customer & Admin Support:

Answer calls & email enquiries

Provide product guidance and availability info

Enter and manage orders and delivery requests in our system

Liaise with pool builders, technicians, and freight companies

Schedule service technicians’ diaries

Liaise with consumer inquiries and support requests

Warehouse & Dispatch Duties:

Pick and pack pool equipment orders accurately

Receive goods and assist with stock management

Coordinate with freight carriers and organise consignments

Operate forklift to load/unload deliveries (must be licensed, if you don't have this, we will assist you to obtain your licence).

About you:

Prior experience in customer service, warehousing, trade supply, or dispatch roles, will be highly regarded, but not essential.

Valid forklift licence (counterbalance experience preferred) - or the willingness to obtain one.

You have strong customer service skills - & enjoy dealing with customers in person, over the phone & email.

Strong computer skills & ability to learn a new software system.

You thrive in a busy, hands-on role.

You're reliable & committed – you show up on time and take pride in your work.

You're not afraid to get stuck in with picking, packing, or helping a customer.
