We are a team orientated construction company based in the western suburbs of Sydney, focusing on commercial upgrades, housing renovations, Tiny Homes and maintenance projects.

Renobuild Projects is looking for a full-time Carpenter’s Assistant / Maintenance All-Rounder to join our team.

Are you a skilled all-rounder who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in a job well done? We’re looking for a hands-on handyman to join our growing team, supporting community housing maintenance and small project works across Sydney.

This is a great role for someone who wants stability, variety, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the community.

About the Role

Carry out general maintenance and repairs in community housing properties

Complete minor projects (patching, painting, carpentry, tiling, fencing, etc.)

Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks

Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

Ensure works are completed to a high standard, on time and safely

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in handyman / maintenance / construction roles

Trade background (carpentry, painting, plastering, etc.) highly regarded but not essential

A problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship

Current driver’s licence (company vehicle may be provided for work use)

White Card and relevant tickets (or willingness to obtain)
