About the Role
As our Clinic Administrator, you will take ownership of a broad range of administrative and operational responsibilities. This multifaceted role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to balance patient care needs with the demands of a fast-paced clinic environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating day-to-day clinic operations
Providing high-level reception and administrative support to clinicians and patients
Managing appointment bookings, staff rosters, and clinic workflow
Assisting with staff onboarding, training, and development
Monitoring clinic expenses and preparing reports for management
Maintaining accurate patient records and correspondence
Supporting marketing and patient communication activities under direction
About You
You will bring a combination of professionalism, initiative, and excellent people skills to the role. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a healthcare environment and enjoys being a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
Essential criteria:
Minimum 2+ yearsβ experience in a medical, allied health, or client-facing administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and professional presentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and patient management systems
Ability to work independently, use initiative, and prioritise effectively
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a clinical team
Desirable:
Experience in audiology, ENT, or other allied health settings
Familiarity with clinical rostering, Medicare, or HSP processes
Hours & Remuneration
Standard hours: 8:45 am β 5:15 pm (negotiable for the right candidate)
Competitive pay: $33+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
