The Role

As our Clinic & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of the clinic — seamlessly managing daily operations while driving our brand presence online and offline. This role is perfect for someone who is professional, well-presented, and detail-oriented, with a natural flair for organisation and creativity.

You will:

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth flow and five-star client experiences.

Coordinate client bookings, schedules, and treatment flow in a high-demand environment.

Manage communication across the clinic team, supporting efficiency and excellence.

Assist with stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering.

Coordinate and contribute to marketing initiatives — social media campaigns, events, collaborations, and promotions.

Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury and professionalism of the Melbourne Skin brand.

🌱 Experience & Training

Experience in a coordination, admin, marketing, or clinic/beauty industry role is highly regarded.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Confidence in using booking systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft/Google tools is preferred.

Training will be provided, and you will receive ongoing support to grow within the role.
