The Role

Manage the activities of the team to ensure outcomes are achieved in accordance with established policies and procedures to meet required timeframes and priorities.

Assess, process and audit applications as required in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, processes and delegations.

Resolve highly complex matters and enquiries; make recommendations to relevant decision makers; and liaise with stakeholders as required.

Provide high quality customer service effectively communicating face-to-face, by phone and through correspondence in order to deliver accurate information to customers.

Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities.

Develop, implement and evaluate policies, procedures and processes.
